ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to handle end\-to\-end order execution, sales support, logistics coordination, and vendor management. The candidate must be hands\-on, well\-organized, and comfortable working across multiple departments. Engineering or Science background mandatory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Sales team for end\-to\-end sales order execution and processing
Create and execute orders for trade transactions in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
Assist in preparing Proforma Invoices (PIs), quotations, Basic knowledge of GST \& Purchase Orders (POs) as required
Work with the Sales and Finance departments to support payment processes for sellers and buyers
Analyse trade portfolios to address issues or queries raised by buyers and sellers
Record, maintain, and update all operational data accurately in MIS, CRM, and ERP systems
Conduct data entry and ensure linkage of trade transactions with relevant trade documents
Investigate and report errors in trade transactions for management resolution
Assist in ongoing review of records and information to ensure adherence to work processes
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all times
Carry out organizational policies to minimize issues with receipt, handling, and storage of products
Implement and follow procedures for effective trade dispute resolution
Carry out procedures to ensure deployment and tracking of products meet operational requirements
Conduct checks on documents provided by logistics providers and required for trade transactions
Execute incident or crisis management plans to address issues with goods management
Coordinate with logistics providers on receipt, handling, and storage of products
Conduct checks on all logistics and trade documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
Handle basic inventory monitoring and liaise with warehouse and transport teams
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, transporters, and external agencies
Follow up with department heads to ensure proper and timely execution of tasks
Request and consolidate regular progress reports from all departments
Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice generation, billing, and ledger reconciliation
Participate in key activities related to technology and system improvement projects
Support the adoption and effective use of technology, electronic tools, and operational devices
Educational \& Experience Requirements
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. or equivalent Engineering degree — MANDATORY
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, trade operations, or a coordination role
Prior exposure to ERP, CRM, and MIS platforms is essential
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, MIS reporting)
Working knowledge of ERP software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent any) and CRM tools
Experience with project management and database software
Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work under pressure across multiple priorities
Highly organized, responsible, and detail\-oriented
Willingness to travel and be fully present on\-site as required
On\-site role based in Mumbai — Chembur / Govandi candidates preferred
