Operations Manager / Supervisor

• *Job Summary**

We are hiring an Operations Manager / Supervisor to oversee all staff and day\-to\-day operations — accounts, telecalling, godown, and dispatch — freeing the owner from routine daily management.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and supervise all staff: accounts, telecallers, godown and delivery team
• Track attendance, assign daily tasks, and monitor team performance
• Oversee godown operations: stock inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Maintain stock accuracy; conduct regular stock checks and report shortages/damages
• Ensure timely order dispatch and coordinate with transporters/couriers
• Review daily sales, collections, and dispatch reports; escalate issues early
• Handle returns, damages, and client escalations with the accounts team
• Share a daily/weekly operations report with the owner

• *Qualifications**

• Graduate (any stream) preferred
• 3\+ years in operations, warehouse/godown supervision, or team handling
• **Candidates who have worked in a distributor firm strongly preferred**
• Strong leadership — able to manage a team and get work done
• Working knowledge of Excel; Tally or inventory software is a plus

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
