We manage, optimize, and scale Airbnb properties with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue maximization.
As our portfolio expands, we’re strengthening our leadership team with an experienced **Operations Manager** to drive Airbnb sales performance.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the Airbnb sales function—driving occupancy, managing revenue, improving booking performance, and leading a team of sales executives.
This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality dynamics, thrives in fast\-paced environments, and knows how to convert inquiries into high\-value bookings.
- *Sales \& Revenue Performance**
- Set monthly sales and occupancy goals and ensure consistent achievement.
- Handle high\-priority inquiries, conversions, and escalated guest requests.
- Monitor pricing, competitor listings, and market trends to optimize revenue.
- Manage a team of sales executives with clear KPIs and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Train new hires on booking processes, guest communication, and CRM usage.
- *Listing \& Platform Management**
- Oversee listing updates, pricing strategies, and visual optimization across:
- Airbnb
- Booking.com
- Agoda / VRBO (as applicable)
- Ensure listings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
- *Cross\-Department Collaboration**
- Work closely with Operations and Guest Relations to ensure flawless check\-ins, communication, and guest experience.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to avoid booking delays or cancellation risks.
- *Reporting \& Analytics**
- Track booking trends, cancellation ratios, and revenue performance.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review.
- Identify gaps and implement strategies to boost occupancy and booking conversions.
- *Required Skills \& Experience**
Airbnb Sales, OTA Management, Property Management, Revenue Management, Sales Operations, Team Handling, CRM, Sales Target, Guest Handling
- 3–6 years in **Airbnb sales, hospitality sales, OTA management, or property management**.
- Minimum 1–2 years in a **team lead / managerial** role handling sales targets.
- *Technical Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of Airbnb tools, dynamic pricing systems, and OTA platforms.
- Experience using CRM and sales dashboards.
- Understanding of occupancy forecasting and revenue management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
