Operations Supervisor

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Initiate timely and regular follow\-up activities to ensure seamless communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Utilize various communication platforms such as WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls to maintain consistent engagement.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and address concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a well\-organized record of all interactions and communications for future reference and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to gather necessary information and updates for effective follow\-up processes.
• Monitor and track the progress of ongoing tasks, projects, or transactions, ensuring they are completed within established timelines.
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or challenges in the follow\-up process and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular reports on follow\-up activities, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for process optimization.

• *Minimum Requirements:**

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using communication tools such as WhatsApp, email clients, and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail\-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Problem\-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.
