Optical Manager - Finance and Inventory

Vtrust Opticals is a fast\-growing optical retail network committed to quality vision care and operational excellence. We are looking for a highly organized and detail\-oriented **Optical Manager – Finance \& Inventory** to manage stock and financial operations across multiple branches.

• *Job Summary**

The role involves end\-to\-end responsibility for **inventory control, purchase management, and accounts coordination** to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all optical units.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and monitor **inventory across all branches**
• Ensure accurate **stock tracking, audits, and reporting**
• Handle **purchase planning**, vendor coordination, and billing processes
• Oversee **accounts\-related activities** including invoicing and reconciliations
• Maintain proper documentation of stock and financial records
• Analyze stock movement and reduce wastage or stock loss
• Coordinate with branch teams for stock requirements and updates
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s Degree in **Commerce / Finance / Business Administration**
• Experience in **inventory and accounts management** (optical/hospital experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of **stock management systems and basic accounting**
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in **MS Excel and reporting**

• *Preferred Candidate**

• Experience handling **multi\-branch operations** will be an added advantage
• Strong coordination and problem\-solving skills
