Job Title: Oracle Cloud (OCI) Senior Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud (OCI) Senior Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration (DBA), hands\-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle cloud environments while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities

\- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

\- Administer and maintain Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance, security, availability, and reliability.

\- Perform database installations, upgrades, patching, backup and recovery, and performance tuning activities.

\- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.

\- Automate cloud provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.

\- Monitor and troubleshoot OCI environments, databases, and related infrastructure components.

\- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

\- Collaborate with application, development, and security teams to support cloud\-based solutions.

\- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.

\- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

\- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.

Required Qualifications

\- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

\- 5\+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.

\- Strong hands\-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

\- Proven experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

\- Expertise in Oracle database backup and recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

\- Experience with OCI networking, compute, storage, security, and identity management services.

\- Knowledge of automation and scripting using Shell, Python, or similar technologies.

\- Experience with high\-availability and disaster recovery solutions.

\- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

\- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications.

\- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

\- Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and governance.

\- Experience supporting enterprise\-scale cloud environments.

Pay: ₹180,000\.00 \- ₹270,000\.00 per month
