Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead with expertise in Helpdesk, Case Management, Knowledge Base Management, and Digital HR solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, experience leading implementations, and the ability to drive process improvements across HR shared services operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud Helpdesk and Case Management modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver digital HR initiatives.
• Drive continuous process optimization and improve end\-user experience.
• Manage Oracle quarterly release assessments, regression testing, and system enhancements.
• Support HR compliance, audits, data integrity, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
• Work closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery and support.

Required Skills

• Strong hands\-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Helpdesk.
• Experience working as a Functional Lead in Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
• At least one end\-to\-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of HR Shared Services, Case Management, and Knowledge Base Management.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user support.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.
• Experience with Digital Assistant and HR service delivery solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project.
• Ability to work independently and lead project deliverables.
