We are looking for an experienced **Jewellery Back Office Executive** to manage daily back\-office operations, inventory coordination, barcoding, tagging, billing, and order processing. Candidates with prior experience in the jewellery industry will be preferred.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Handle jewellery barcoding and tagging activities
Manage billing and invoicing processes
Process customer and vendor orders efficiently
Maintain inventory records and stock updates
Coordinate with sales and store teams
Prepare reports and maintain documentation
Ensure accuracy in product data and stock records
Support smooth day\-to\-day back\-office operations
*Required Qualifications:**
12th pass or Graduate
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the jewellery industry
Experience in back\-office operations, billing, tagging, or inventory management
Knowledge of jewellery software and MS Office will be an added advantage
