Job Summary
We are looking for a results\-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with excellent analytical and reporting skills to drive campaign performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure achievement of KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and lead generation targets.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and campaign optimization for maximum performance.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Excel and presentation decks in PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, content, and client servicing for campaign execution.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Handle multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Hands\-on expertise in **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads** (mandatory).
- Exposure to **LinkedIn Ads** will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of paid media metrics including **CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROAS**, and campaign performance analysis.
- Excellent **Excel skills** for reporting, data analysis, and dashboard management.
- Good **PowerPoint skills** for campaign reviews and client/internal presentations.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent reasoning and problem\-solving abilities.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
- Experience handling lead generation, e\-commerce, or brand awareness campaigns is preferred.
