We are looking for a strategic and data\-driven Paid Media Manager to lead paid advertising initiatives across a growing portfolio of client accounts.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on expertise across multiple paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
This role requires someone who understands both the strategic and technical side of paid media — from campaign planning and performance optimization to ecommerce feed management, tracking, reporting, and client communication.
You’ll work closely with internal teams including SEO, Creative, Web, PR, and Content to build integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable growth for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage paid media strategy across multiple client accounts.* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across google and meta campaigns
* Manage and optimize different campaign types including
+ Search Campaigns
+ Display Campaigns
+ Remarketing Campaigns
+ Performance Max Campaigns
+ Paid Social Campaigns
- Handle Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization activities.
- Improve shopping feed performance through optimization of:
+ Product titles
+ Product descriptions
+ Categories
+ Pricing
+ Images
+ Promotional messaging
- Troubleshoot feed issues, tracking problems, and product disapprovals.
- Monitor campaign budgets, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and other key performance metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for scalability and efficiency.
- Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Participate in client strategy and reporting calls confidently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure paid campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
- Brief creative teams with clear campaign requirements and performance insights.
- Maintain proper account structure, tracking, naming conventions, and documentation.
- Support business development initiatives through audits, forecasts, and paid media strategy inputs.
- *Required Skills\-*** 3\+ years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing campaigns on Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Strong understanding of Google Merchant Center and ecommerce feed optimization.
- Experience working on both ecommerce and lead generation projects.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4\).
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and client\-handling skills.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other ecommerce platforms.
- Experience using feed management tools.
- Exposure to both B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Experience contributing to audits, proposals, and strategy presentations.
