Job Overview

House Banao is looking for a motivated and relationship\-driven **Partner Development Executive** to build, expand, and manage its partner network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with brokers, consultants, architects, and referral associates, and generating business opportunities through strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, communication, and business growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new channel partners, brokers, consultants, architects, and referral associates
• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with business partners and channel associates
• Generate and manage business leads through the partner and referral network
• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead management and project execution
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and regular follow\-ups with partners and prospective associates
• Maintain records of partner interactions, lead status, and business conversions
• Keep partners informed about company services, pricing, updates, and promotional activities
• Support company growth through active networking and relationship\-building initiatives
• Visit partners, attend meetings, and explore new partnership opportunities within the assigned territory

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and relationship\-building abilities
• Basic understanding of partnerships, sales, or business development
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply
• Willingness to travel locally and attend field meetings as required
