• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a proactive and communication\-driven Partnership Executive to build and maintain relationships with potential business partners in the US market during night shifts. The role involves identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating with prospective partners, and supporting business growth through strategic collaborations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow\-ups to establish partnerships
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners
• Present company services and partnership opportunities effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner support
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and activities in the CRM
• Follow up on leads and partnership opportunities to drive conversions
• Achieve monthly partnership and business development targets

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US Process)
• Strong negotiation and relationship\-building skills
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
