Job Summary

We are looking for a Patient Care Manager to manage patient follow\-ups, encourage patients for clinic visits, and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with existing and potential patients through calls.

Convince and motivate patients for clinic visits and consultations.

Explain treatment plans, services, and Ayurveda medicines to patients.

Maintain regular follow\-up with patients and update records.

Coordinate with doctors and clinic team for patient requirements.

Handle patient queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and patient conversion targets.

Requirements

Graduate preferred.

1–3 years of experience in patient care, follow\-ups, healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or sales.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Target\-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.

Immediate joiners preferred.
