Based in Mapusa, North Goa, the Patient Service Executive at SunRise Oncology Center is tasked with delivering a positive frontline experience. You will greet and assist all patients and visitors with consistent politeness, professionalism, and courtesy. Keeping the reception area neat, organized, and presentable is part of the role. Your duties include handling patient registration, ensuring accurate records within the Hospital Information System (HIS), registering new patients, scheduling appointments, and updating patient information. You will manage all incoming and outgoing calls, responding to patient enquiries in person, by phone, and via email. A critical function is coordinating seamlessly with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, and other departments to ensure efficient patient flow, timely treatment administration, proper scheduling, and minimal waiting times.
