• *JOB SUMMARY**

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Payroll Manager to manage the end\-to\-end payroll operations of the organization. The candidate should have strong expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliances, HRMS management, attendance systems, and compensation structures. The ideal candidate must have hands\-on experience with Sensys HRMS Payroll Software and strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

· Handle end\-to\-end payroll processing for employees across the organization.

· Manage and operate payroll through **Sensys HRMS Payroll Software**.

· Ensure timely and accurate salary processing, reimbursements, full \& final settlements, incentives, and statutory deductions.

· Maintain and manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs through HRMS.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory laws including

a) Provident Fund (PF)

b) ESIC

c) Professional Tax (PT)

d) Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)

e) Gratuity

f) Statutory Bonus

• Prepare and validate salary structures, CTC breakups, and payroll cost analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, and auditors for payroll reconciliation and statutory audits.
• Handle statutory returns, challans, inspections, and employee queries related to payroll.
• Generate payroll MIS reports and analytics using Excel and HRMS tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and labour laws.

· Monitor and improve payroll processes, controls, and automation initiatives.

• *REQUIRED SKILLS \& COMPETENCIES**

· Strong hands\-on experience in **Sensys HRMS Payroll Software**.

· Excellent knowledge of payroll processing and salary structuring.

· Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliances.

· Good command over MS Excel including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and MIS reporting.

· Experience in handling attendance management systems and HRMS platforms.

· Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage large employee payrolls with accuracy and timelines.

• *QUALIFICATION \& EXPERIENCE**

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field.

· MBA/PGDM in HR or Finance will be preferred.

· **Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in payroll management.**

· Experience in handling payroll for large organizations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹301,777\.19 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
