You will also play a key role in new hire onboarding, maintaining training records, and supporting broader employee engagement efforts. Regularly updating training materials with best practices and utilizing digital tools to improve learning outcomes is expected. The position requires a blend of instructional design, stakeholder coordination, and performance analysis skills.
