We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence and accelerate business growth through strategic, data\-driven campaigns. You will own the complete digital marketing funnel from strategy and execution to optimization and analysis working across multiple channels to build brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and deliver measurable ROI.

This is a hands\-on role perfect for someone who loves solving problems with data, staying ahead of digital trends, and seeing direct impact on business results.

• *What You'll Own**

• **Campaign Strategy \& Execution:** Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and display platforms
• **Multi\-Channel Presence**: Manage brand messaging across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment
• **Content \& Community Management**: Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content while building meaningful community engagement
• **Email Marketing**: Design and execute targeted email campaigns, automation workflows, and newsletters that convert
• **Digital Assets Management**: Optimize and maintain Google Business Profile, marketplace listings, and directory profiles
• **Data\-Driven Optimization**: Track KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) using Google Analytics and ad platforms; conduct regular audits and deliver actionable insights
• **Continuous Learning**: Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing tools and trends

• *What We're Looking**

• *For Experience \& Background:**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent hands\-on experience)
• 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related roles
• Prior agency experience is a plus (helps with fast\-paced, multi\-client work)

• *Core Skills:**

• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
• Solid copywriting skills and basic understanding of creative and design principles
• Data\-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into strategy
• Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination abilities
• Self\-motivated, detail\-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
