Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Manage lead generation, social media boosting, and campaign optimization.
Track performance using GA4, UTM structures, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with brand, creative, sales, and agency teams.
Monitor budgets, spends, and campaign ROI.
Build automation workflows for lead updates, reporting, and sales notifications.
Support Power BI reporting, source tracking, and attribution management.
Handle PAN\-related coordination, billing support, and documentation.
*Required Skill Set:**
4–8 years of experience in performance marketing or campaign operations.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Power BI, and Excel/Sheets.
Experience with CRM, lead tracking, UTM management, and reporting.
Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in education, EdTech, or multi\-location lead\-generation businesses, or exposure to agency management, regional campaigns, and centre\-level operations is preferred.
