Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result\-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads and a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build their career in paid advertising and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.).
• Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for paid campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, CTR, and ROI.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics and ad platform reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and campaign requirements.

Required Skills

• Hands\-on experience with **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads**.
• Basic understanding of PPC, CPC, CTR, Conversion Tracking, and ROAS.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or any related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
