Performance Marketing Executive
About the Role
Aza Fashions is looking for a data\-driven and performance\-focused marketing professional to join our digital growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive customer acquisition, app growth, engagement, and revenue performance.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands\-on campaign management experience, and a passion for scaling D2C and e\-commerce businesses through performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management \& Optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), and Bing platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous optimization through bidding strategies, audience targeting, keyword optimization, and A/B testing.
- Manage customer acquisition and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions and maximize ROI.
App Marketing \& Growth
- Handle app install, engagement, and retention campaigns with a focus on CPI, CAC, ROAS, and LTV optimization.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve app downloads, user engagement, and repeat purchases.
- Collaborate with product and app teams to support app growth initiatives and campaign tracking.
Analytics \& Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance, traffic trends, and customer behavior using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, retention metrics, and revenue contribution.
Budget \& Performance Management
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across channels to maximize performance and returns.
- Monitor daily spends and ensure campaigns remain aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability targets.
Cross\-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content, product, and design teams to develop high\-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Coordinate with technology and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking implementation using UTMs, APIs, pixels, and attribution tools.
- Support campaign planning for seasonal launches, sales, and brand initiatives.
Market Research \& Innovation
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging growth opportunities.
- Explore new acquisition channels, automation tools, and optimization strategies to improve overall marketing efficiency.
Desired Experience \& Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2\+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within D2C, e\-commerce, fashion, or retail industries.
- Hands\-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Strong understanding of app marketing, attribution models, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, campaign tracking tools, UTMs, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced, performance\-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with app analytics and attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- Knowledge of CRM and retention marketing strategies is an added advantage.
