Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results\-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. The candidate should have experience in driving website traffic, generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and improving sales through paid marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram).

Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI.

Generate quality leads and improve conversions.

Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.

Optimize advertisements based on audience engagement and results.

Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop ad creatives.

Requirements

Experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.

Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to manage advertising budgets and achieve marketing targets.

Knowledge of fashion or e\-commerce marketing is an added advantage.
