75WAY Technologies is looking for a result\-driven **Performance Marketing Executive/Manager** with strong expertise in generating quality leads for in\-house software development services including **Web Development, Mobile App Development, and AI/ML Solutions**.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in running high\-converting paid campaigns, optimizing lead funnels, and delivering measurable ROI through digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• **Generate quality B2B leads for Web, Mobile App, SaaS, and AI/ML services**
• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
• Manage keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports
• Work closely with the sales and development teams to improve lead quality
• Handle landing page optimization and conversion tracking
• Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns

• *Required Skills**

• Strong experience in Performance Marketing \& Lead Generation
• Hands\-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
• Experience generating leads for IT services or software development companies
• Good understanding of Web Development, Mobile Applications, and AI/ML services
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and tracking tools
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
