We are seeking a highly analytical and growth\-focused **Performance Marketing Executive** with **3–4 years of agency experience** to manage and scale performance marketing initiatives for both client accounts and Peritum's in\-house business verticals.
You will own the complete campaign lifecycle—from strategy development and execution to optimization and reporting—across multiple paid media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance analytics.

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), LinkedIn Ads, and Inshorts Ads.
- Develop full\-funnel marketing strategies covering awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting stages.
- Manage campaigns for D2C brands, B2B lead generation, service businesses, and brand launches.
- Allocate budgets strategically and optimize performance based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and CPA metrics.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from ₹5–10 Lakhs and above.
- *2\. SEO \& SEM Support**
- Possess a basic understanding of On\-Page SEO, Off\-Page SEO, backlink building, and keyword research.
- Collaborate with the Organic Marketing Team to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Assist in Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization for local lead generation.
- Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for organic and paid growth.
- Ensure SEO and paid media efforts align for consistent messaging and user experience.
- *3\. Data\-Driven Optimization**
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators including:
- ROAS
- CAC
- CPA
- CPL
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- Lead Quality
- Implement A/B testing strategies across:
- Ad creatives
- Headlines
- Audiences
- Landing pages
- Ad placements
- *4\. Client Management \& Agency Operations**
- Manage end\-to\-end campaign execution across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Act as the primary performance marketing contact for assigned clients.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations during client review meetings.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, SEO, and web development teams.
- Ensure all campaigns align with client objectives and agency quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members when required.
- *5\. In\-House Growth Ownership**
- Generate high\-quality B2B leads for Peritum Creative House and its business verticals.
- Support growth initiatives across Indian and GCC markets.
- Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and conversion journeys to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead nurturing and revenue outcomes.

- 3–4 years of agency experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands\-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Ads
- Proven success managing D2C and B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Experience handling advertising budgets of ₹5–10 Lakhs per month or more.
- Strong understanding of:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4\)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- UTM Tracking
- Conversion Tracking
- Basic knowledge of SEO strategy, keyword research, and backlinking.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Google Ads Certifications.
