- *Position:** Performance Marketing Executive
- *Experience Required:** 6 Months – 2 Years
- *Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- *Compensation:** ₹7,000 – ₹9,000 per month
- *Physical Meetings:** 1–2 visits per month, if required
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, performance analysis, and lead generation strategies. The candidate will be responsible for delivering measurable results while maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS) across various client accounts.
Paid Media Strategy \& Planning
- Develop platform\-specific advertising strategies based on client objectives.
- Create campaign structures aligned with lead generation, brand awareness, website traffic, conversions, and sales goals.
- Plan monthly advertising roadmaps and campaign execution strategies.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Recommend suitable advertising channels based on business goals and target audiences.
- Create, launch, and optimize campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for cost per lead, conversions, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and campaign planning.
- Optimize bidding strategies, ad copies, and campaign structures.
- Monitor quality scores, conversion rates, and campaign efficiency.
- *LinkedIn Ads Management**
- Execute B2B lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
- Manage audience targeting based on industry, job titles, company size, and professional demographics.
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality and cost efficiency.
- *X (Twitter) Ads Management**
- Create and manage awareness, engagement, and traffic campaigns.
- Monitor audience engagement and campaign performance.
- Test audience segments and creative variations for improved results.
- *Budget \& Performance Management**
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently across platforms.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly spending.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns.
- *Analytics \& Reporting**
- Track campaign performance using advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Present actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Monitor conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and account managers.
- Provide creative briefs and campaign requirements.
- Ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives and audience behavior.
- *Required Skills \& Experience**
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands\-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion\-focused advertising.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel\-based marketing.
- Experience with campaign budgeting and performance optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking setup.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Experience working with multiple industries and business models.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM integrations is a plus.
