We are looking for a passionate and result\-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign analysis, and digital marketing tools.

*Key Responsibilities**

Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates through strategic campaigns
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for better campaign reach
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams for campaign execution
Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximise results
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

*Requirements**

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
Hands\-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Google Analytics
SEMrush or similar SEO tools
Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimisation
Good communication and reporting skills
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms is an added advantage
