Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated **Performance Marketing Executive (Fresher)** who is eager to build a career in digital advertising. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and interested in learning how paid marketing drives real business growth.

You will work closely with experienced marketers to manage and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor daily campaign performance and track key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Support in audience research, targeting, and campaign structuring
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and creatives
• Analyze campaign data and share insights for improvement
• Help in creating performance reports and dashboards
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid ads

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/platforms
• Good communication and attention to detail

• *Good to Have (Preferred Skills)**

• Any internship or certification in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads (even at a basic level)
• Understanding of eCommerce / D2C brands
• Exposure to tools like Google Analytics or Looker Studio
