Performance Marketing (Lead Generation)

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a results\-driven **Performance Marketing Specialist** with strong hands\-on experience in running and optimizing **Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation**. The ideal candidate should have a data\-driven approach and the ability to generate high\-quality leads while optimizing campaign costs and improving conversion rates.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns through Google Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates and reduce CPL.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and lead generation metrics.
• Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, keywords, and landing pages.
• Analyze lead quality and work towards improving campaign ROI.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum **1 years of hands\-on experience** in Google Ads and lead generation.
• Proven experience in generating quality leads through paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies and campaign optimization.
• Hands\-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on CPL, conversion rate and lead quality.
• Experience in manufacturing, B2B or contract manufacturing lead generation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹95,000\.00 per month
