Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results\-driven **Performance Marketing Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns to maximize ROI and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign forecasting.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data\-driven optimizations to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, SEO, and development teams to ensure campaign success.
- Track and report website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- 3\-5\+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media Management.
- Strong hands\-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling successful digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, pixels, events, and attribution models.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
