Bigvisual Design is looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with hands\-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads and D2C e\-commerce marketing.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Drive online sales and revenue for D2C and e\-commerce brands.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Shopping and YouTube Ads.
• Optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Manage retargeting, audience targeting and A/B testing.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop high\-converting ad creatives.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce and e\-commerce sales funnels.
• Knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking and remarketing.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Previous experience with D2C brands will be preferred.
