We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead, optimize, and scale our paid acquisition efforts for a fast\-growing D2C (Shopify) brand. This role is ideal for someone who has hands\-on experience in aggressively scaling campaigns and driving measurable growth across Meta, Google, and Amazon platforms. You will be responsible for owning performance metrics end\-to\-end and identifying opportunities to unlock new growth channels.

- Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Amazon Ads
- Own and improve key performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, TACoS (Amazon), and overall revenue growth
- Develop and implement structured testing strategies for creatives, audiences, keywords, and funnels
- Collaborate with UGC/content team to ideate and produce high\-performing ad creatives
- Manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and improve listing performance
- Conduct keyword research and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting across platforms
- Analyze campaign data and aggressively scale winning strategies while minimizing inefficiencies
- Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively across Meta, Google, and Amazon
- Monitor performance dashboards and generate actionable insights
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new growth opportunities
- *Required Skills \& Experience**
- Proven experience in performance marketing for D2C / eCommerce brands
- Strong hands\-on expertise in Meta Ads (mandatory) and Google Ads
- Working experience with Amazon Ads and understanding of Amazon marketplace dynamics
- Strong understanding of key Amazon metrics: TACoS, ACOS, CTR, conversion rate
- Demonstrated experience in scaling campaigns and brands with measurable results (ROAS\-focused)
- Deep understanding of UGC\-based creative strategy and testing frameworks
- Data\-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and tracking tools (Pixel, GA, etc.)
- Ability to take ownership and independently drive growth initiatives

- Strong experience in scaling Amazon Ads campaigns
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Prior experience managing or coordinating with creative/UGC teams
- Knowledge of funnel building and customer journey optimization
