• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to assess ROI and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align marketing strategies with client goals and objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance and user engagement.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in performance marketing within a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record of managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data\-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
