Performance Marketing Manager

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a results\-driven **Performance Marketing Manager** with hands\-on experience in **Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)**, preferably with D2C brands. The ideal candidate should understand paid advertising, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and driving profitable growth through improved ROAS.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.
• Drive website traffic, conversions, and sales for D2C brands.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and CPM.
• Conduct audience research, retargeting, and A/B testing of ad creatives.
• Coordinate with creative teams to develop high\-performing ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Track conversions and campaign performance using Meta Pixel and Ads Manager.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum **1 Years of hands\-on experience in Meta Ads**.
• Prior experience working with D2C or e\-commerce brands is preferred.
• Good understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, retargeting, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPM, CPC, and other advertising metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and a performance\-driven mindset.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹95,000\.00 per month
