Performance Marketing Manager - Hospital industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and data\-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join a leading hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase patient inquiries, appointments, brand awareness, and overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Generate quality leads for hospital services, consultations, health check\-up packages, and specialty departments.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize conversions and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
• Create and test ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and hospital operations teams for campaign execution.
• Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve patient acquisition.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, healthcare advertising policies, and platform updates.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or medical services.
• Strong hands\-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM tools.
• Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and campaign management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospital, healthcare, diagnostics, or medical marketing.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
• Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and patient acquisition strategies.
