Job Description

- *Role:** Performance Marketing Manager
- *Shift Timings:** Monday to Friday \- 11 AM to 8 PM (Weekends are fixed\-offs)
- *Location:** Sector V, Saltlake, Kolkata
- Plan, create, and manage **Google Ads** **campaigns** (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for **ROI, CPC, CTR,** and conversions.
- Manage **Google Analytics** and **Google Tag Manager** for tracking and reporting.
- Generate qualified leads through **paid advertising** campaigns.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in **Digital Marketing** with strong expertise in **Google Ads.**
- Hands\-on experience with **Google Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools**.
- Strong understanding of **PPC strategies**, **bidding strategies**, and **campaign optimization**.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- *Preferred (Though Not Mandatory)**
- Google Ads Certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns for digital marketing or IT services.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
