This is a high\-ownership role — you'll be accountable for ROAS, CAC, and revenue outcomes, not just impressions and clicks. If you've scaled Shopify brands profitably at serious ad spends, this is your warfield.
- *Campaign Strategy \& Execution**
- Own full\-funnel paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for Shopify D2C brands
- Manage and optimise daily ad spends of **₹40,000–₹45,000\+ per day** across accounts
- Build **media mix strategies tailored to each brand's growth** stage and margins
- Stay ahead of Meta and Google algorithm changes, policy updates, and new ad formats
- Demonstrated track record of achieving **ROAS of 8–9x and above on Meta Ads** consistently
- *Google Ads — Non\-Negotiable**
- **Run profitable Google Ads campaigns** — Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, and YouTube
- Structure campaigns to consistently deliver positive ROAS — loss\-making Google Ads is not acceptable
- Own keyword strategy, bidding logic, negative keyword management, and Quality Score optimisation
- Deep understanding of Google Shopping feed management and Merchant Centre
- *Performance \& Analytics**
- Define and track KPIs — ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, CVR, AOV, CPP
- Build performance dashboards and deliver clear weekly/monthly client reports
- Run deep analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- *Shopify \& E\-commerce Operations**
- Coordinate with clients on landing page creation, product page optimisation, and offer structuring
- Understand Shopify analytics — sessions, conversion rate, AOV, abandoned cart rates
- *Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)**
- Audit landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows for conversion leakages
- Run structured A/B tests — headlines, creatives, CTAs, page layouts, offer positioning
- Analyse heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel drop\-offs (Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity)
- Optimise the full funnel — not just traffic, but what happens after the click
- Own relationships with key Shopify D2C clients
- Present strategies, performance reviews, and growth roadmaps confidently
- Proactively flag issues and bring solutions — not problems
- Manage and mentor a team of 2–4 performance marketing executives
- Review campaign setups, ad copies, and targeting before every launch
- Build SOPs, playbooks, and frameworks the team can execute consistently

You have never managed a daily ad budget of **₹45,000\+**
Your Meta Ads campaigns have **not consistently delivered 8x\+ ROAS**
You have run Google Ads campaigns **at a loss** and don't know why else you have only managed **1–2 clients** and never juggled multiple accounts simultaneously
You treat CRO as **someone else's job** — you only care about traffic, not what happens after the click
You have **never worked inside Shopify that what happens**
