Role Overview
Hands\-on execution of Meta/Google Ads campaigns to generate 5K\+ student leads/month
(11th/12th graders, graduates targeting design/hospitality). Own daily optimization for CPA while
scaling ROAS. Report daily insights to drive the admissions and franchise funnel.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
(search/display/UAC), focusing on lead gen ROI.
● Conduct daily monitoring: A/B test creatives/audiences, adjust bids, refine targeting
using GA4 insights for Hindi/English campaigns.
● Analyze KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS), track budget spend, and deliver actionable weekly
reports with optimization recs to admissions/content teams.
● Perform market research on design education trends/competitors; collaborate on ad
copy, visuals aligned with INSD brand.
● Manage ad platforms/tools, coordinate stakeholders, and iterate strategies to hit
aggressive lead targets (60\-70/day).
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
