Job Title: Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities
1\. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
2\. Own performance KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, CTR, and conversion rate
3\. Manage and scale monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation
4\. Drive full\-funnel strategy (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
5\. Work closely with the creative team to brief, test, and scale high\-performing ad creatives
6\. Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
7\. Analyze campaign performance and share weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
8\. Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, Google Tag Manager
9\. Identify growth opportunities through audience insights, creative angles, and new campaign structures
10\. Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
11\. Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, tech, CRM) for campaign success
Required Skills \& Experience
1\. 3–6 years of hands\-on performance marketing experience
2\. Strong expertise in Meta Ads \& Google Ads
3\. Experience managing mid to large ad budgets (₹10L\+ monthly preferred)
4\. Strong understanding of e\-commerce / D2C performance metrics
5\. Proficient in GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager
6\. Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies
7\. Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and scaling campaigns
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
