Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a data\-driven and creative Performance Marketing Executive who can manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, ecommerce marketing, audience targeting, ROAS optimization, and campaign analytics.

This role requires someone who understands fashion and ecommerce trends and can drive revenue growth through strategic digital marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience in ecommerce or fashion industry preferred
• Knowledge of pixel setup, conversion tracking, and remarketing
• Understanding of Shopify and online sales funnels
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fashion, jewellery, handbags, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with influencer marketing campaigns
