We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid campaigns, optimise ROAS, and generate leads for client portfolios. You'll focus on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube, turning data into high\-performing strategies. If you love A/B testing and hitting KPIs, this role is for you.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping), Meta Ads, and YouTube for lead gen, e\-commerce, and brand awareness.
- Analyse performance data using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and tools like Google Tag Manager to optimize budgets and scale winners.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels to boost CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to align ads with brand strategy and produce high\-converting assets.
- Report weekly/monthly insights to clients via dashboards (Google Data Studio/Looker Studio), forecasting trends and recommending pivots.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and Indian market trends (e.g., festive campaigns, regional targeting).
- Proven track record managing ₹5L\+ monthly ad spends with strong ROAS/CPA results; share case studies or portfolio.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4; certifications (Google/Meta Blueprint) a big plus.
- 2\+ years in performance marketing for agencies or brands; real estate/restaurant campaign experience advantageous.
- Bengaluru\-based, data\-driven mindset, and ability to thrive in fast\-paced client environments.
- Bonus: Knowledge of YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, or emerging platforms like WhatsApp Flows.
