Job Overview

We are looking for a result\-oriented **Performance Marketing Specialist** with hands\-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects through effective digital advertising, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage **Google Ads and Meta Ads** campaigns.
• Generate quality leads for real estate projects.
• Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing, remarketing, and retargeting campaigns.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Coordinate with creative teams for ad designs, videos, and promotional content.
• Support website updates, basic SEO, and offline marketing activities.
• Prepare campaign reports and maintain marketing expense records.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in real estate lead generation will be preferred.
• Knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
