Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results\-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate leads, increase online sales, and grow the company’s business. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with paid advertising platforms, campaign analytics, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

\* Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.

\* Develop strategies to increase website traffic, generate leads, and drive online sales.

\* Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible return on investment.

\* Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.

\* Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing of advertisements.

\* Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

\* Coordinate with the content and social media teams to develop effective advertising creatives and copy.

\* Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and marketing performance.

\* Stay updated on digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

\* 2–4 years of practical experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.

\* Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

\* Knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

\* Understanding of lead generation, e\-commerce marketing, and online sales funnels.

\* Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

\* Ability to manage advertising budgets and make data\-driven decisions.

\* Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or consumer products is an advantage.

\* Relevant campaign reports or a portfolio demonstrating previous results will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
