We are seeking a professional, presentable, and highly organized **Personal Assistant** to work directly with the company owner. The owner operates a healthcare clinic, is involved in forex trading, and is actively expanding into new business ventures. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple industries and work closely with an entrepreneur. Full training will be provided where required.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive \& Administrative Support
- Provide day\-to\-day administrative and personal assistance to the company owner.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation as required.
Clinic \& Healthcare Operations
- Assist with administrative and operational activities related to the clinic.
- Coordinate and manage health camps, medical outreach programs, and promotional healthcare events.
- Ensure smooth execution of health camp operations, including logistics, coordination of staff, patient flow, and inventory
- Act as the owner's representative at health camps when required and ensure operations continue efficiently in the owner's absence.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, suppliers, local authorities, and other stakeholders involved in camp operations.
- Be willing to travel to camp locations and, when necessary, stay overnight at project or camp sites along with other team members to ensure successful event execution.
Business Development \& Research
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new business opportunities.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, products, and business partners.
- Travel with the owner to meet suppliers, vendors, and prospective business associates.
- Assist with procurement, negotiations, inventory management, and sales activities for existing and future business ventures.
Forex Trading Support
- Assist with research, monitoring, reporting, and administrative tasks related to forex trading.
- Support the owner in maintaining organized trading records and market information.
- Full training will be provided; prior forex experience is not required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem\-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours when required.
- Ability to stay overnight at health camp or project locations when necessary.
- Positive attitude, high level of initiative, and eagerness to learn.

Timings: 9 AM to 2:30 PM, Friday off.
