Job Description

We are looking for candidates for a customer interaction role involving personal loan products and application support. The selected candidates will communicate with customers, explain product information, assist with documentation, and follow up on applications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding personal loan products.
• Explain product details and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers with application\-related queries.
• Follow up on pending documents and application updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow the prescribed process and service guidelines.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer interaction and sales skills.
• Ability to work from the Thane office.
• Communication assessment may be part of the selection process.

Salary

• **NAPS Role:** Monthly stipend of ₹21,000, subject to applicable scheme terms.
• **CTC\-Based Role:** Monthly CTC of ₹22,000\.
• **Estimated Take\-Home:** Approximately ₹18,600 per month for the CTC\-based role, subject to deductions.

The applicable compensation structure will be explained during the recruitment process.

Additional Information

• Pick\-up and drop facility from Thane Railway Station, subject to the applicable transport schedule.
• Training will be provided for the assigned process.
