Placement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• *Training Partnerships \& Program Development**

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard third\-party technical training companies.
• Negotiate training costs, course offerings, and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate white\-label training programs under the Reagan Global brand.
• Identify in\-demand courses such as Java, Python, Data Analytics, AI, Software Testing, and CRT.
• Coordinate course launches, training schedules, and curriculum delivery.

• *Student Enrollment \& Business Development**

• Develop strategies to attract students and fresh graduates seeking job\-oriented training.
• Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to generate and convert student leads.
• Organize career workshops, webinars, and student engagement activities.
• Support monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

• *Training Operations**

• Oversee student onboarding, batch scheduling, and training delivery.
• Coordinate with external trainers and training providers.
• Monitor student attendance, feedback, and course completion.
• Maintain training performance and operational reports.
• Ensure quality training delivery and student satisfaction.

• *Placement Coordination**

• Build relationships with employers, recruiters, and HR teams.
• Identify entry\-level job opportunities for trained students.
• Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement assistance.
• Track placement activities and student employment outcomes.

• *Business Expansion**

• Identify opportunities to introduce new training and certification programs.
• Support future partnerships with engineering colleges and educational institutions.
• Contribute to the growth and profitability of the Training \& Placement Division.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• **2–5 years of relevant experience in EdTech, IT training, skill development, or training and placement operations.**
• Experience coordinating with external training providers or trainers.
• Understanding of technical training programs and the student training market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in student admissions, enrollment coordination, or placement activities.
• Ability to independently coordinate multiple training programs and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems.
