Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Placement Manager to handle student placement activities and client coordination for banking and BFSI sector opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for managing students after course completion, coordinating interviews, maintaining employer relationships, and ensuring successful placements in banking profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle placement activities for students enrolled in BFSI and banking programs
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for job opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and clients
• Guide students regarding interview preparation, grooming, and documentation
• Schedule interviews and follow up with students and recruiters
• Track placement status and maintain placement records and reports
• Support students in career counseling and job assistance
• Ensure smooth communication between students and hiring companies
• Manage client requirements and align suitable candidates accordingly
• Achieve placement targets and maintain placement quality standards

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong student handling and client handling abilities
• Knowledge of BFSI and banking industry hiring process
• Interview coordination and relationship management skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Problem\-solving and team coordination skills

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream
• MBA/PGDM preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidate with experience in banking academy or educational institute will be preferred
• Good understanding of banking job roles and placement process
• Target\-oriented and professional attitude
