Placement Manager

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Placement Manager** who can build strong connections with industry partners and support our students in securing the best career opportunities. The candidate should have good communication skills, and having knowledge of **MS Excel and MS Word**, and the ability to coordinate with company HRs effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Build and maintain strong relationships with **company HRs and recruiters** for student placements.
• Organize **campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement\-related events**.
• Maintain and update **student placement records and company databases** using MS Excel \& MS Word.
• Guide and train students in **resume building, interview skills, and communication skills**.
• Prepare **MIS reports** on placement progress and share with management.
• Coordinate with academic departments to enhance student employability.
• Ensure smooth execution of all placement\-related activities.
