Placement Manager

• *Job Summary:**

The Placement Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong industry connections, coordinating placement activities, and ensuring successful employment outcomes for students.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Build and maintain relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry partners.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement events.
• Guide and prepare students for interviews, resume building, and career readiness.
• Track and report placement statistics and outcomes.
• Coordinate with academic and training teams for aligning student skills with industry needs.
• Achieve placement targets and ensure high student satisfaction.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in placement, corporate relations, or recruitment.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Proven record in driving placement initiatives.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
