Job Description

  • *Key Responsibilities1\. Talent Acquisition**
  • Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
  • Conduct interviews and ensure quality hiring
  • Maintain and improve employer branding strategies
  • *2\. Employee Engagement \& Retention**
  • Plan and execute engagement activities and initiatives
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition
  • *3\. HR Operations**
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Maintain employee records and HRMS systems (e.g., Greythr)
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes
  • *4\. Performance Management**
  • Drive performance appraisal processes
  • Implement PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) where required
  • Support managers in employee performance tracking
  • *5\. Policy \& Compliance**
  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle disciplinary actions and grievance management
  • *6\. Learning \& Development**
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
  • Support skill development initiatives (technical \& soft skills)
  • Drive leadership development programs
  • *Required Skills**
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making ability
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRMS tools (Greythr preferred)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
