Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities1\. Talent Acquisition**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Conduct interviews and ensure quality hiring
- Maintain and improve employer branding strategies
- *2\. Employee Engagement \& Retention**
- Plan and execute engagement activities and initiatives
- Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition
- *3\. HR Operations**
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records and HRMS systems (e.g., Greythr)
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes
- *4\. Performance Management**
- Drive performance appraisal processes
- Implement PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) where required
- Support managers in employee performance tracking
- *5\. Policy \& Compliance**
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle disciplinary actions and grievance management
- *6\. Learning \& Development**
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
- Support skill development initiatives (technical \& soft skills)
- Drive leadership development programs
- *Required Skills**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making ability
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRMS tools (Greythr preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
