SLA Institute is looking for an energetic and result\-driven Placement Officer to bridge the gap between students and employers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building corporate partnerships, coordinating placement activities, and ensuring successful career opportunities for students.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring partners.
- Identify job opportunities and organize placement drives, interviews, and recruitment events.
- Coordinate with students and internal teams to understand placement requirements.
- Conduct employer outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
- Track placement progress, interview schedules, and student hiring outcomes. Maintain placement records, MIS reports, and employer databases.
- Provide end\-to\-end support to students and recruiters throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve placement targets and contribute to student career success.
- Excellent communication, relationship\-building, and negotiation skills**.**
- Experience in Placement, Recruitment, HR, Business Development, Client Relations, or B2B Sales.
- Strong networking and corporate relationship management abilities. Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target\-driven environment.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- 1–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, Recruitment, Staffing, or Corporate Relations is an added advantage.
