Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage and lead the overall PEB manufacturing and fabrication operations for construction projects. The candidate should have strong experience in Pre\-Engineered Building structures, structural steel fabrication, production planning, project coordination, quality control and timely delivery of PEB materials to construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall PEB plant operations, including structural steel fabrication and production activities.
• Oversee manufacturing of PEB components such as columns, rafters, beams, purlins, girts, roof sheets and wall cladding.
• Plan and monitor production schedules based on project requirements and site execution timelines.
• Coordinate with Design, Detailing, Estimation, Procurement, Project Management and Site Execution teams.
• Ensure timely fabrication and dispatch of materials to construction sites.
• Monitor fabrication quality, welding standards, dimensional accuracy and finishing.
• Manage raw material procurement, inventory, material utilization and wastage control.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and plant resources.
• Monitor production costs and implement cost\-reduction and productivity improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Handle production planning, capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Lead production managers, fabrication engineers, supervisors and shop\-floor workers.
• Review daily production reports, project progress and operational MIS.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve production and delivery\-related challenges.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PEB structures and steel building systems.
• Expertise in structural steel fabrication and erection requirements.
• Knowledge of PEB components, drawings and fabrication processes.
• Experience in production planning and project\-based manufacturing.
• Knowledge of welding, CNC cutting, drilling, shot blasting and painting.
• Understanding of fabrication drawings, GA drawings and shop drawings.
• Strong leadership, manpower management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple PEB projects simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Must have experience in PEB construction companies.
• Experience in handling complete PEB plant operations.
• Candidates from PEB steel structure manufacturing and turnkey PEB project companies preferred.
• Should have experience coordinating plant production with construction site requirements.

Pay: From ₹80,000\.00 per month
